Fee Schedule

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment time. We understand that unexpected situations arise, but it is not easy to fill an appointment at the last minute. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice for any other reason other than a death or hospitalization or acute illness, or if you miss your appointment, you will be billed a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees may or may not be covered by your insurance company. If you are not able to physically attend your appointment time, you can elect to have a physiotherapy consultation over the phone and the fee will reflect the consultation, which may be covered by your insurance company.
