What Should I Expect During My First Sesion?
Counselling is a collaborative process. It is your journey and your time. You should feel free to openly share in a supportive space.
In our first session, we will discuss what has led you to counselling, your goals, and confidentiality. In follow-up sessions, we will gather tools and strategies to help support you in your journey. We will reassess and reevaluate along the way, celebrate your success, and make changes to meet new goals which may arise.
