There are lots of reasons we developed this program. We started to notice a trend where Mom's were experiencing pain and dysfunction from being deconditioned during pregnancy, post partum or after a csection/abdominal surgery and having to care for a baby who is constantly growing. Our clients with chronic pain or multiple areas of pain, needed to learn to move safely and with confidence. Or our clients who needed to be stronger to return to work and prevent an injury or who wanted to return to sports safely.
We have travelled all the way to Alberta to get the latest in clinical pilates for physiotherapists and taught by physiotherapists.
We want to help you get back to doing the things you love with the people you love!
Living your life the way it was meant to be lived.
Our Physiotherapists will complete an in-depth physiotherapy assessment and will incorporate our clinical pilates took to design an individualized treatment plan for yourself.
Treatment plans are client specific and will utilize the pilates equipment as a way to improve mobility, strength, flexibility and reduce pain. This includes the reformer, the tower, the pedal chair and the mat. Your treatment plan may also include acupuncture, stretches, strengthening exercises, joint mobilization, breathing, education, health coaching....and we may even provide you with some homework for self care.
