Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Too many women normalize their symptoms and are not aware that they can improve and in many cases cure their symptoms.

Common Misconceptions

It is a misconception to think it is normal to have urinary incontinence as you age.

It is a misconception to think it is normal to have urinary incontinence after childbirth

It is a misconception to think it is normal to have pain with intercourse

It is a misconception to think there is nothing you can do about it.

My passion is to teach you everything I know and to empower you to improve your overall well-being.  I will educate you on the many conservative options besides medication and surgery to improve your quality of life.

My Experiences:

I have had patients feel their pelvic surgery was a failure secondary to pain and they have left pelvic physiotherapy with no pain.

I have had patients who isolate themselves secondary to urinary incontinence and now have returned  to their exercise routine including jumping jacks and dead lifts,  and do not worry about leaking urine in public anymore.

I have had patients search out various medical specialists to answer their wide array of symptoms and leave knowing they can take control of their nervous system and have improved their condition tremendously.

and the list goes on of people whom I have helped....

Let me help you get back to enjoying the simple things in life again.
