Olivia holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Brock University and a
Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Western University. With six years of
experience in both the private and public sectors, she has worked as a registered
occupational therapist and case manager. Throughout her career, Olivia has worked with a
diverse range of clients, helping them achieve their goals through personalised care.
Her approach as an OT is a holistic one, focusing on empowering individuals to live their
lives to the fullest by engaging in meaningful activities and roles. Olivia is dedicated to
supporting her clients in overcoming challenges and maximizing their potential for
independence and well-being.
Olivia’s personal journey through a traumatic birth, pelvic pain, and the challenges of her
changing roles inspired her to explore the role of occupational therapy in maternal and pelvic
health. These experiences deepened her understanding of the physical, emotional, and
psychological struggles many individuals face in this area. Motivated by her own healing,
Olivia’s goal is to empower individuals, providing them with the skills, support, and
knowledge needed to navigate their journeys. She is committed to helping individuals live
their most authentic lives, with confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self.
