Nicole Guillemette-hayes, MSW, RSW

Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is an active member of the Ontario College of Social Workers. She has over 20 years clinical experience across a variety of settings including in-patient and out-patient mental health, crisis intervention, school social work, and child custody and access assessments.  Nicole also teaches in the Social Service Worker program at Niagara College. She has provided clinical and administrative supervision to social work students and professionals. 


Nicole  has a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals and groups in the following areas:

Nicole believes in working in collaboration with clients to utilize their strengths to promote change and achieve their goals. Nicole uses a number or therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Psycho-Educational Therapy, and Mindfulness. Nicole embraces a more integrative, dynamic, and holistic approach to mental health. She is particularly concerned with the impact of loss and trauma and improving interventions to support trauma recovery for better emotional, physical, and relationship health.
